Registration is requested from each conference participant.
Members of the FoodIntegrity project consortium have free registration.
After successful submission of your registration you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail indicating the total amount of payment due.
If you do not receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via e-mail please contact us at info@foodintegrity2017-parma.eu
A certificate about oral/poster presentations will be available upon request.
In the registration form you can also order ticket(s) for the conference dinner for participants who are not members of the FoodIntegrity project consortium and for accompanying person(s) at € 60.
Please note that your registration is confirmed when your payment has been received.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Registration deadline: 30 April 2017.
Registration fee of those who have submitted an abstract for oral or poster presentation has to be received before 10 April 2017, otherwise these contribution(s) will not be included into the Book of Abstract and the conference programme.
Please add as reference: Participant registration number + surname of participant must be mentioned to identify the payment!
Note: Limit for a reference is 27 characters including spaces. Please keep this limit to be sure that your registration number and name (or only surname) are displayed correctly.
Note: When you make wire transfer please tick option that ALL BANK CHARGES ARE COVERED BY SENDER!
Cancellation policy
Only written cancellations can be accepted, to be sent to info@foodintegrity2017-parma.eu
Payments will be refunded after the conference and when the following cancellation charges have been deducted:
Cancellation before 1 April 2017 – refund 70%; no refunds after that date.

The organizers cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of properties, injuries, unexpected events, travel delays, non-appearance of specific speakers, program changes. Be sure to travel with a valid insurance.
