2. TYPES OF DATA, METHOD OF COLLECTION AND PURPOSE

CONTACT FORM

On this site there is a contact form in which the following personal data are collected: Name, Surname, Email address and Website.
The user is required to freely fill their personal data in order to consent to their use to respond to requests for information on Slex products. Sending the form generates the sending of an email, so there will remain no trace of your data on the website. The data received via email will remain in our mailbox and will be used for the provision of the service requested, then will be subsequently deleted upon completion of the service. In case of need for billing, the data will remain in our customer database, according to the concept of “legitimate interest”, and kept for the necessary time will for administrative and tax requirements. The denial to provide these data has no other consequence than not being able to use the service provided.

SYSTEM AND MAINTENANCE LOG

For requirements related to technical maintenance, this website and any third party services used may collect system logs, which are files that record the interactions and that may also contain the user IP address or the browser used by the user. This data does not allow the identification of the user if not following a series of processing and interconnection operations, and necessarily through data provided by other providers. Transactions that may be carried out exclusively upon request by the competent judicial authorities, authorized for this purpose by express provisions of law aimed at preventing and / or repressing crimes.

3. DATA TREATMENT PLACE AND MODE

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned office of the Data Controller, and are handled by the Data Processors: technical staff, employees or collaborators in charge of processing or external parties providing services to the Data Controller.

4. TREATMENT DURATION

The treatment will last no longer than necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

5. OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HOLDERS AND DATA PROTECTION OFFICERS

It is the obligation of the owners and managers to guarantee: The accuracy of the personal data of the data subjects in their possession; the availability and integrity of personal data; the confidentiality of personal data (therefore the protection with respect to access not provided for by the treatments);
In the event of unlawful or abusive personal data and unwitting disclosure of the same, it is the obligation of the Data Controllers and Managers to notify within 72 hours to the Privacy Guarantor and also to the owners of personal data. It is their responsibility to implement all the necessary measures to protect the damage, this means building organizational processes and implementing the appropriate technical security measures, which presupposes an adequate analysis of the risk associated with the treatments.

6. USER RIGHTS

The entities to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or rectification: In brief:

• right for every customer to be deleted or forgotten by the system (if an user subscribes to a new social network or forum, he must have the possibility to remove all his tracks, if he wishes)
• right to perform partial data processing (ie the ability to save restricted data, which only the user has the right to modify)
• right to data portability (ie the ability to export user data from the website to own computer in reasonable format or ask for it to be sent)
• right to rectify (ie the ability to correct personal data concerning the user at any time)
• right to be properly informed (ie to obtain clear and concise information in comprehensible language)
• right of access (ie the ability to access the data that we keep the customer at any time)

Requests should be sent via e-mail (see the references on the Contact page of this site). The Data Controller is obliged to process requests for 1 month, which can be extended up to 3 months in cases of particular complexity; the holder must however give feedback to the interested party within 1 month of the request, even in the case of denial.

The communication of personal data relating to a minor must be carried out by a parent or by a person exercising parental responsibility over the minor.

This site contains a trafic analyzer which automatically uses IP addresses and cookies to identify the User and record the activities for statistic purposes. Among collected data : IP addresses or domain names used by User’s computer, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, time of request, request method used by the server, file dimension of reply, numeric code indicating the reply status to the server,and other parametres related to operative system of the User. These data are solely collected for anonymous statistic purposes about the site use, and cancelled after elaboration. Data can be used to check legal responsibility in case of possible IT crimes against the site; anyway, web contact data are cancelled after seven days.
These cookies do not identify the user as an individual. All data is collected and aggregated anonymously.

YouTube is a video-sharing platform, allowing users to upload, view, rate, share, add to favorites, report, comment on videos, and subscribe to other users. YouTube videos are embedded in a website using “iframes” and make use of api to custom certain controls.

WHAT ARE API’S?
API (application programming interface) refers to set of procedures offered by computer technology companies that make available to the web developer to extend the functionality of websites and other web applications. Often with this term are usually meant the software libraries available in a certain programming language (eg jQuery) but to make more practical examples we need api to incorporate maps, fonts, anti spam systems and social networks.
